TRAINER’S PROFILE

GAI TAKAHASHI

Born in 2001. With his father, a former trainer, fitness sport and workouts have been very close to his life from his early age. Having become seriously involved in fitness in high school, he acted both as an athlete and as physical training coach for other team members, in the track and field team he belonged to at the time. After graduating from high school, he started his career as a trainer at  Machida Branch of AsWell Co., Ltd. In the meantime he also started his career as a model. Among the modeling jobs are the main model for Murasaki Sports, Wacoalbros, and others.
